"I have been wanting to take the time to tell you what a fantastic job Foresight Construction did on building two beautiful homes for my daughters. As an Ex- Wausau Home Erection Crew Foreman for 8+ years and in customer service for 3 more years I am just amazed at the quality- expertise of the homes.
The details of construction amazed me. The quality of lumber, the detailing sealing cracks, caulk around sill plates, sealing electric boxes with silicone and the list could go on an on.
I have to commend Foresight for their drive and your persistence to start a project and see it through; your operation is a total turn key operation…
I know it starts with a good a good leader but I also have to give a “at boy” to Chris… Chris was thorough and very complete; as well as knowledgeable in getting the job done, with great effort to detail and meeting the time schedules.
My second daughter’s home was started from a bare lot with home plans; and the expertise of (Foresight’s) direction on making the house fit the lot. Here again the erection crews had it under cover in just two days. This crew did an excellent job in setting & roughing the house in; and yes I want to mention the subs, the concrete contractor Advanced again an excellent job on concrete foundation & as well all the flat work, floors, approaches, sidewalks, etc. Another sub that was excellent was the electrician, these guys really knew what they were doing. …The color coordinator was very thorough and complete on choosing different product lines to go into each home.
The truck drivers that hauled the fill and back-hoe operator that dug the hole, again, I watched in disbelief the back hoe operator on a house just up the street from 8006 Wall, pound on solid rock for days; a lesser person or persons would have given up a long time ago. But than I say the right equipment for the job makes a big difference.
